Manchester pride was accused of racial prejudice when some people from the LGBT community claimed that they faced racism during the weekend, as eight black and Asian people who were identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender they were basically refused to enter bars, they were not served due to their sexuality in the clubs, this happened across the local areas some told that they were followed by the working staffs of the clubs around in the event places, some also told the BBC news that people were touching them inappropriately as they justified themselves by saying that these people loved “black men”, Manchester pride chief executive said that he was very angry about the incidents that happened also on these very important day which talks about peace and brotherhood, he further added that he wasn’t surprised at all.
